Zenon Issel is more than a loan officer, he’s a lifelong entrepreneur and problem-solver with a background you can trust. After spending over 25 years as a mechanical engineer in San Diego, Zenon built a reputation for precision, reliability, and seeing projects through from start to finish.
At the same time, he and his wife, Cynthia, launched several businesses together, proof that entrepreneurship and client service have always been at the heart of their lives.
In 2020, the Issel’s moved to the Big Island of Hawaii, fell in love with its community and lifestyle, and made it their permanent home. Now, when Zenon isn’t helping families secure their dream homes, you’ll find him freediving, spearfishing, surfing, or boating with his two sons or tending to their two-acre property in Holualoa.
